Patricia Overland is Director of Coaching Talent, responsible for all CCL coaches in the Americas, including coach selection, onboarding, evaluation, engagement, development, and retention.
Experience
An ICF-certified executive coach (PCC), Patricia brings more than 20 years of leadership coaching experience, including design, delivery, and global oversight of complex coaching work to her role.
Education
Patricia has an MS in Executive Leadership from the University of San Diego and a BS in Applied Management from Grand Canyon University. She also has an Advanced Human Resource Management Certificate from Cornell University.
