Karissa McKenna is the product manager and a lead designer of CCL’s flagship Leadership Development Program (LDP)® and other open-enrollment programs. She designs and facilitates leadership development solutions with a focus on high-tech, biotech, and research organizations where collaboration and innovation across boundaries and expertise are critical to success. She helps leaders address today’s challenges while preparing for success in a future of continuous disruption and change.
Karissa has been with us since 1998. She has held a variety of positions throughout the years, including product management and design, enterprise content management, business administration, and qualitative research into generational differences in the workplace.
Karissa completed an MA in Social Science at the University of Chicago, where she studied the role of values and beliefs in decision-making. She completed a BA in Anthropology at the University of California–San Diego, where she studied cognitive anthropology and the role of values and identity-related beliefs in creating and sustaining culture change.
