Current Role

George Hallenbeck is our Global Content Lead, overseeing the creation of research-based content for our program and product solutions. He’s a recognized expert in the area of learning agility and has been engaged in research, product development, and client activities related to the topic for over 15 years. He has authored or co-authored 8 books, including Compass: Your Guide for Leadership Development and Coaching and Learning Agility: Unlock the Lessons of Experience.

Experience

Before joining us in 2013, George’s career included extensive experience in intellectual property development, product management, and leadership development consulting.

Education

George has a PhD in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Colorado State University and a BA in Psychology from Colby College.
