Current Role

Joanne Dias is a senior faculty member in our Societal Impact group, where she facilitates and designs customized leadership programs for leaders in global organizations within the social sector, with a focus on population health. She applies her passion for diversity and development to her work with organizations and their leaders to enable them to fulfill their potential in an ever-changing global marketplace.

Experience

Joanne has experience working in a variety of industries, including healthcare, automotive, and education, with clients ranging from Fortune 500 MNCs to dynamic startup organizations. As part of her organizational development portfolio, she has developed and delivered assessment & development centers in 12+ countries around the globe, in addition to facilitating organizational change initiatives and trainings to support individual and team development and drive performance.

Education

Joanne has an MA in Industrial / Organizational Psychology from The Chicago School and a BA in English from the University of California–Irvine.
