CCL Earns 2024 Learning in Practice Award for Coaching and Mentoring Program

The Center for Creative Leadership (CCL)® has been named a 2024 Learning in Practice Award winner by Chief Learning Officer, a leading publication in the learning and development industry. Established in 2003, this awards program recognizes learning leaders who demonstrate excellence in the design and delivery of employee development programs.  

CCL received the Bronze placement in the “Excellence in Partnerships” category for a program developed with Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company titled “Leading in an Evolving Work Environment.”  

Based on our Team Effectiveness Framework, the program equips leaders with a consistent leadership foundation that enables them to better deliver results and engage associates while working in an evolving environment. The training program also provides leaders with practical techniques and tools to support high performance, collaboration, and engaged teams.
