Dana Washington is a Leadership Solutions Partner. In this role she facilitates open-enrollment programs, and she designs and delivers custom leadership development solutions that enable transformation through lasting and sustainable behavior change.
Experience
Dana has over 10 years of leadership development experience in consulting, facilitation, coaching, sales, curriculum design, and leading large-scale global initiatives to develop leaders at all levels. She’s also an ICF-certified leadership coach and principal owner of Dynamic Outcomes Coaching & Consulting.
Education
Dana has an MA in Organizational Leadership from Point Loma Nazarene University and a BA in Psychology from San Diego State University. She also has a Teaching Credential in Elementary Education and Teaching from California State University–San Marcos and a Leadership Coaching Professional Certificate from the University of San Diego School of Leadership and Education Sciences.
