Dennis John is a Leadership Solutions Partner in our Equity, Diversity & Inclusion Practice. He designs and delivers leadership development initiatives in the field of higher education on topics such as communication, feedback, influence, and diversity, equity & inclusion.
Experience
Dennis John is also the founder of Without Exception, which helps organizations reach their goals around diversity and inclusion by using a systems perspective to identify starting points and concrete actions that promote greater equity and belonging for all employees.
Dennis has held several senior leadership positions in the higher education and non-profit sectors over the past 20 years. Since completing his graduate work, he has applied his study of leaders and teams to helping professionals build stronger relationships.
Education
Dennis has a PhD in Organizational Leadership from The Chicago School. He has an MBA from Everest University, and a BA in Psychology and Social Behavior from the University of California–Irvine.
