Diana Arokiam partners with clients to craft innovative, customized ways to address their strategies for leading digital transformation, co-creating solutions to provide practical leadership skills and accelerate business results. She is active in program delivery and coaching teams to test and implement their innovation prototypes to impact digital and culture transformation.
Experience
Diana joined us in 2012 and has had roles in project management and leadership solution design. Prior to that, her career included a decade of leadership development and training experience in the banking and financial services industry.
Education
Diana has a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Johannesburg, a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Industrial & Organisational Psychology from the University of South Africa, and a degree in Business Administration and Public Relations from Maritzburg Business College.
