Jeff Howard is our Vice President, Global Portfolio & Leadership Solutions. The Global Portfolio team brings CCL’s research, experience, and innovation to life for clients through an expansive suite of offerings that deliver powerful, measurable, and enduring results.
Jeff brings passion and experience in strategy, building new business lines, marketing, product management, technology, and product development. Beginning in 2016, he led the development and aggressive growth of our global licensing, international affiliate, digital learning, and products businesses. In 2020, he co-led the global effort to transform our portfolio to meet the unprecedented needs of our clients during the pandemic.
Jeff is currently the executive sponsor of our Neurodivergent employee resource group, which fosters an inclusive, empowering environment for our neurodivergent employees while promoting their professional growth.
Jeff holds an MBA from the Bryan School of Business and Economics at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, where he graduated with honors. His concentration was in marketing and global business. He also holds a BA in public policy analysis from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Jeff is a graduate of Leadership Greensboro, a year-long program designed by the Greensboro Chamber of Commerce to develop leaders to address critical issues facing our community. He also holds a Certificate in Disruptive Strategy developed by Clayton M. Christensen from Harvard Business School Online.
Jeff currently serves on the Marketing Committee of the Community Foundation of Greater Greensboro to expand awareness of the foundation’s mission and impact. For nearly 7 years, he served on the Board of the American Red Cross of Central Carolinas and in various leadership roles in the Boy Scouts of America. Before that, he joined a special committee commissioned by the nonprofit Sanctuary House, which supports adults with mental illness in Guilford County, NC with the goal to increase vocational training opportunities.
