Current Role

Jeneva Patterson is a senior faculty member in our Brussels office, working with business and political leaders worldwide to help them motivate, mobilize, and lead in volatile markets. She serves as both a faculty member and leadership coach and is responsible for design, delivery, facilitation, and organization of development solutions.

Experience

Before she joined us in 2014, Jeneva’s career included more than a decade in organization and leadership development coaching and consulting.

Education

Jeneva has a Master’s degree in Human Development & Psychology from Harvard University, an MS in Organization Development from American University, and a BA from Mount Holyoke College. She has a Certificate in Board Strategy and Governance from The Wharton School and a Coaching Certificate from the Institute of Coaching at McClean Hospital, affiliated with Harvard Medical School.
