Jessica joined us in 2017 with over 20 years of consulting and industry experience in Human Resources and Organizational Development in the public and private sector.
She spent her early career working for large corporations in the finance and healthcare industries, and then transitioned to local, community-based organizations, state government (public health, human services, higher education), and consulting organizations, where she led collective impact initiatives across the state. This work involved cross-agency task forces and coordination with state and local governments, community-based organizations, schools and higher-education institutions, faith-based organizations, corporations, and local businesses. In that work, she developed a passion for leading change, developing leaders, advocating for marginalized groups, and building communities.
