Current Role

Kathleen O’Neill is an Organizational Leadership Practitioner, working with executive and senior leadership teams from a wide range of industries in defining and activating the leadership needed to achieve organizational success and build organizational resilience. She designs customized engagements and facilitates the conversations necessary for leadership teams to develop their strategic direction, enterprise-wide alignment, and organizational commitment in order to collectively lead their organizations through planned change as well as change that has been brought on by crisis and disruption.

Experience

Before joining us in 2019, Kathleen worked for HP for more than 30 years in the areas of change management, talent development, employee engagement, and human resources. Her expertise includes transformational and transitional change, leadership development programs, organization design, cross-functional team development, meeting and workshop design and facilitation, and virtual teaming.

Education

Kathleen has an EdD in Organizational Leadership with an emphasis in Organization Development from Grand Canyon University, an MBA in Leadership from National University, an MA in Counseling Psychology from Santa Clara University, and a BA in Theatre from the University of Washington.
