Mark Holt is a Leadership Solutions Partner who partners with client organizations to design and facilitate strategic change initiatives that leverage the power of collective leadership. With over 30 years of experience in leadership, team, and organization development, his areas of expertise include executive team development, leadership development strategy, culture transformation and renewal, and organizational change.
Mark joined us in 2013, bringing over 25 years of experience in leadership development, team facilitation, and organization effectiveness consulting. He has also served on the faculties at Marquette University and the University of North Carolina–Chapel Hill, where he taught courses in small group communication, organizational communication, communication consulting, and corporate social responsibility.
Mark has a PhD in Organizational Communication from the University of North Carolina–Chapel Hill, an MS in Communication Studies from Illinois State University, and a BS in Political Science / Philosophy from Illinois State University.
