Current Role

As Global Director of Product Development, Stephanie Trovas leads a team that develops proven, research-based leadership development products and solutions. She has designed, facilitated and managed numerous human-centered leadership solutions at CCL with a focus on impact and application to make the learning stick. Stephanie has worked extensively with individuals and organizations from a variety of industries, organizational functions, and countries with a focus on senior leaders and what it takes to lead functions, divisions, and business units.

Experience

With more than 25 years in the training and development field, Stephanie has worked extensively with individuals and organizations from a variety of industries, functions, and countries. She has also served as an executive coach, trained and managed outdoor experiential leadership program components, and has taught at the graduate level as an adjunct instructor.

Previously, Stephanie held positions in strategy, management, marketing, and business development. She developed her passion for the field in college, where she conducted career planning workshops. Stephanie has been the global manager for our Leading for Organizational Impact and Leading Strategically programs and led client solutions for leaders and organizations globally.

She has also co-authored two publications on self-promotion and influence, Selling Yourself Without Selling Out and The Truth About Sucking Up: How Authentic Self-Promotion Benefits You and Your Organization.

Education

Stephanie has an MBA from the University of Colorado–Colorado Springs and a BA in Psychology from Colorado College.
