Current Role

Chris Zintel is our Director of Client Experience for the APAC region. He leads a team of faculty, coaches, and designers in creating and delivering impactful leadership development solutions across the region. He plays a key role in strategic client engagement and has also served CCL as a leadership solutions partner and facilitator. Chris has a diverse background in the areas of leadership, organizational transformation, corporate sustainability, and project management.

Experience

Having worked and lived across Africa, Asia, Europe, and the Americas, Chris brings a global perspective and a cultural sensitivity to his work. He joined us in 2019, and his prior experience includes managing, facilitating, coaching, and conducting research within executive leadership programs. Chris is also an ICF-certified coach who attended the Berkeley Executive Coaching Institute at the University of California–Berkeley Haas School of Business.

Education

Chris has an MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management and a BA in  Philosophy from Whitman College.
