Current Role

Kelly Simmons is the global director of our custom leadership portfolio, overseeing the design and delivery of custom leadership solutions for our global corporate clients. She was lead faculty on the design of our Advancing Technical Women program, designed to help hone women’s leadership skills so they stay and rise to more senior roles. She’s the co-author of Beating the Odds: Winning Strategies of Women in STEM.

Experience

Kelly has over 20 years of international experience, working in North and South America, Asia, and Europe. She began her career as a mechanical engineer and has since worked as an ICF-certified leadership coach and consultant for Fortune 500 organizations, small companies, and start-ups across multiple sectors.

Education

Kelly has an MS in Organizational Development and Coaching from EADA Business School in Barcelona, Spain. She also has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California–Davis.
