C-level leadership, or C-suite leadership, refers to individuals who are the senior executives of an organization. It often includes roles like the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Chief Operating Officer (COO), as well as top-level executives leading other business functions such as Human Resources, Marketing, IT, and the like (with titles such as CHRO, CMO, CIO, CTO, etc.).
