About the Webinar

Organizations are increasingly recognizing the value of building cultures of inclusion. And while the business case for fostering inclusion at work is clear (it supports greater engagement, performance, and innovation), it’s also profoundly personal. Building an inclusive workplace where everyone feels connected, supported, and respected requires intentional, ongoing action. There’s no one-size-fits-all answer.

Our research shows that inclusion is one of the key predictors of turnover and burnout. Those who perceived more inclusion at work reported greater work-life balance and were less likely to report looking for other jobs. These results suggest that the feeling of inclusion at work is essential in supporting a happy, engaged, and committed workforce. Join us on this webinar as we discuss how organizations can take meaningful action to build and sustain more inclusive work environments.
