Current Role
Ren is a Leadership Solutions Partner and co-host of our Lead With That podcast, which highlights the leadership lessons in today’s headlines and popular culture. He designs focused client solutions, provides advisory services for pressing and complex challenges, and facilitates programs for a variety of leader levels and industries. With expertise in change, resilience, and teams, Ren leads collaborative project teams to deliver transformational leadership development.
Experience
Before joining us, Ren was Adjunct Faculty for the Communications program at Pikes Peak Community College, helping students to develop the understanding, skill and confidence related to public speaking to deliver effective, impactful, and professional presentations and how to communicate using clear, concise and precise language to be as effective as possible in interpersonal and professional settings.
Education
Ren has an MA in Psychology from the University of Colorado–Colorado Springs and a BA in Political Science and Government from Colorado College.
