CCL’s Chief Information Officer Fara Francis Named a 2023 Info-Tech CIO Award Winner

The Center for Creative Leadership is proud to announce that our Chief Information Officer Fara Francis has been named a 2023 Info-Tech CIO Award winner by Info-Tech Research Group, one of the world’s leading IT research and advisory firms.

Francis has been recognized as one of the top winners for the Growth Leaders division, recognizing IT leaders who saw the largest growth in satisfaction of their stakeholders.

Since 2016, the Info-Tech CIO Awards have recognized outstanding industry leaders for delivering exceptional value to their organizations and achieving high scores in stakeholder satisfaction in Info-Tech’s CIO Business Vision program. This program measures an organization’s satisfaction with IT’s core services and provides CIOs with the foundation to jumpstart a successful IT strategy.

“IT leadership in today’s world is more than just technology mastery – it means shaping organizations through relentless innovation and delivering on the vision and needs of business leaders. The 2023 Info-Tech CIO Award winners embody this ethos, setting exceptional standards for the industry, as reflected by their stakeholder satisfaction scores,” says Geoff Nielson, Senior Vice President of Global Services & Delivery for Info-Tech Research Group. “It is our honor to acknowledge this year’s award winners and commend these leaders for their dedication and drive in propelling their organizations forward.”

The winners of the 2023 Info-Tech CIO Awards were selected from hundreds of eligible contenders and were determined based on their IT satisfaction and value scores, as assessed and quantified by their direct business stakeholders.

“Technology is rapidly changing the way we work, and it is important that we are always adapting and evolving to keep pace. Technology is not just about tools and applications; it is also about people. We all benefit when we use technology to build better relationships with our customers, our employees, and our partners,” said Francis.

“I am grateful for this recognition and committed to leveraging innovative technology to make a difference and to advance our mission and vision to better shape leadership around the world,” she added.

Since joining CCL in 2021, Francis has driven several impactful initiatives, including increasing client satisfaction, better aligned the Global Technology Team’s focus and structure with overall business strategy and priorities, and improving efficiency.  She is also a proud executive sponsor for CCL’s Black Professionals and Remote Office Employee Resource Groups.
